Yoga in Grand Island

House of Movement began as a yoga studio. It's still where our understanding of movement starts — breath, awareness, and learning to work with your body rather than against it.

The classes

Our classes run from power flow to deep restoration. They're open to men and women in the public — you don't need a membership, and you don't need any experience.

EVOLVE

Evolve is the product of Power Flow & play. “It's not about perfecting the pose. It's about exploring it, practicing it, and evolving with it.”

EXPAND

Expand is a fluid, breath-led movement practice designed to release tension, improve mobility, and restore the body. Through continuous movement, intentional breathing, and dynamic mobility, we'll explore the body's connective tissue and create more space, ease, and freedom in the way you move.

FLEX + FLOW

A dynamic fusion of strength, cardio, and yoga. Build heat with a weights-based circuit, then slow things down with a fluid, breath-led flow and deep stretches. Finish with a calming savasana to reset your nervous system and leave feeling balanced and refreshed.

RESTORE

Restore is a slow, fully-supported practice that shifts the body from stress into deep rest. Props—bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps—hold you completely, so nothing is stretched or worked. It's not deep stretching or active poses; it's permission to actually let go.

Who it's for

If you've never done yoga, you're who these classes are built for. If you lift, yoga is the mobility and awareness work that keeps you lifting. Either way, nobody's grading your poses here — "it's not about perfecting the pose. It's about exploring it."
